How is your income calculated?
Each project is remunerated differently, with actual payment dependent on your active working minutes. Compensation is agreed upon firmly during the application process. Your earnings are based on the complexity of the project, the number of hours worked per week, and the local wage levels at local call centers. Typically, the rate ranges from €0.20/min to €0.45/min.
Guaranteed Payment
You can rely on a secure and timely payout of your earnings for all our Managed Service projects – guaranteed on the 18th of the following month, regardless of whether the client pays later or there is a risk of non-payment.
We ensure this security through a 2.9% cash discount, which is deducted before payout. This happens automatically, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
