Sign up
Signing up is free and done in just a few minutes. We've deliberately kept the process lean and focus only on the essentials – so you can get started quickly.
What you need to bring
- Legal age (18+) and the willingness to work as a freelancer in your country of residence
- A passion for customer contact in service, sales or support
- You live in a country that is not on the EU or US sanctions list

Complete onboarding
During onboarding, you provide information that helps us find the right project for you. In an onboarding call we verify your identity and recommend your first projects. Uploading your ID and proof of address is secure and GDPR-compliant. German Talents also need to upload their trade license (Gewerbeschein).
Process
- ID document: national ID card or passport — as a photo or scan, both sides.
- Proof of address: a current registration certificate, electricity or phone bill (no older than 3 months).
- Review: our compliance team usually verifies your documents within 1–2 business days.
If everything checks out, your profile is activated and you get access to our platform.
Technical requirements for working
- A computer with an up-to-date operating system & antivirus protection
- A stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s download)
- A wired headset, keyboard and mouse
- A quiet, lockable workspace

Choose a project
Once your profile is activated, you have access to the project marketplace. You decide which projects to apply for – the project team will then invite you to an interview call.
How project selection works
- Discover a project: browse the marketplace for projects that match your skills, languages and availability.
- Submit your application: a short application about your availability and motivation puts you in the running.
- Interview call (15–30 min): the client checks language, experience and motivation — and you check whether the project is right for you.
- Offer & booking: If it's a match for both sides, you'll be assigned to the project!

Get started & earn
After your paid training, you start on the project — closely supported by coaches and team leaders. Your compensation usually combines productivity-based pay (per minute or per case) and variable bonus components. With above-average performance, bonuses can let you earn many times the wage of a traditional call center agent.
From training to payout
- Paid onboarding: you receive an onboarding fee for your training time on the respective project.
- Productive phase: you work flexibly through the platform and log your hours transparently — with bonus options on top.
- Billing: monthly payout directly to you as a freelancer — no payroll office, no delay.

Frequently asked questions
How does sign-up work?
Signing up is free and done in just a few steps: you register via this website and create your account, then upload the required documents. After that you book an onboarding appointment — a short video call with us where we confirm your identity, test your setup and show you the platform. Once everything's done, you complete your profile and can apply to projects right away.
How long does it take before I can get started?
If you have all your documents to hand, the whole process — from sign-up to activation on the platform — usually takes about two days. After that you complete your profile and become immediately visible to clients. Our tip: actively apply to projects that fit you — it boosts your chances and speeds up the start. After a successful application you'll be invited to a selection call, and if everything fits, you'll soon start your first project — which begins with paid training so you're fully prepared.
Which documents do I need to upload?
To make sure you're a real person working independently, we need three documents from you during onboarding for legal and tax reasons:
- ID document — a photo or scan of a valid national ID card, passport or residence permit.
- Proof of address — if your ID shows your current address, that's enough. Otherwise we also accept a registration certificate, an official letter or a recent bill (electricity, gas, water or phone) showing your name and address.
- Trade license (Gewerbeschein) — if your billing address is in Germany, a valid trade license is mandatory. If you don't have one yet, no problem — you can register it during sign-up and submit the proof afterwards.
You upload all documents easily as a photo or scan directly in your Talent account. We also need your tax number. It's issued by the responsible tax office. You'll find it on your tax assessment if you've already filed a tax return. If you don't know your tax number, you can ask your tax office for it. Note: within Germany, your tax number changes as soon as you move.
What are the technical requirements?
You need a computer with an up-to-date operating system including antivirus software, a wired headset with a microphone and a stable internet connection. A tip from our community: a second screen makes working much more comfortable — many of our Talents swear by it.
