What kinds of projects are there?
The range is diverse — from pure customer service to sales projects:
- Inbound: classic customer service — you help callers with their requests.
- Outbound: you contact existing customers or potential new customers.
- Written support (email & chat): email or chat communication (currently rarer, but available).
Industries: telecommunications, energy, e-commerce, insurance, travel. Projects differ in topic, language and complexity level.
How do I get to start on a project?
There are two ways:
You apply actively — in your Talent account under "Job offers" you'll find all currently available projects. With a short cover letter you apply directly. If successful, you'll be invited to a selection call — either by the client or by our team. Be a little patient: with many applications, feedback can take a while, but you'll get an answer in any case.
Clients find you — many clients search specifically for matching Talents on the platform without actively posting a project. The more complete your profile, the greater your chance of being approached directly. Please note that for this, your profile must be set to "visible".
Can I work on several projects at once?
Yes, you can work on several projects in parallel. Just make sure you manage your time well and reliably handle all your projects.
