Competence
Kindness and empathy are essential, but of course, you should also know what you’re talking about and how to find a solution in the fastest way possible. Therefore, always familiarize yourself with a project thoroughly and conscientiously. If you can't find a solution while talking to a customer, pass the problem on instead of improvising or hiding your insecurities. Good communication
