Address Fields Explained
1. Street Address (Line 1)
Enter your full street address here, including:
- Street name
- House or building number

2. Address Line 2 (Optional)
Use this field to add additional details that may not fit in the first line, such as:
- Neighborhood or district (if relevant in your country)
- Entrance or building section
- Floor number
- Apartment number
👉 Example: Entrance A, 3rd Floor, Apartment 12
This ensures that your address is complete and can be verified easily.
3. Postal Code, City, and Region (if applicable)
- Enter the postal/ZIP code accurately.
- Provide your city or town name in full.
- Add region, province, or state if applicable in your country.
Country of Billing Address
The country for your billing address has already been preselected based on the information you gave during registration. This cannot be changed in the form.
Why?
- For legal reasons, you accepted the Terms & Conditions (T&C) of the country you selected at registration.
- Changing the country would require a new agreement with different T&C.
If you need to change your country:
Please contact our Support team. They will help you delete your account so that you can re-register with the correct country.
Uploading Proof of Address
To validate your billing address, you’ll need to upload a valid proof of address document (e.g. utility bill, official government letter, or bank statement).
✔️ The document must show:
- Your full name
- Your current address
- Date of issue (recent, not older than 3 months)

Adding a Work Address
In addition to your billing address, you can provide a work address if it differs from your billing address.
- Your work address helps us verify where you’ll be carrying out projects.
- This is especially important for compliance with client requirements.
👉 If your work address is the same as your billing address, simply leave this section empty.
