Document Requirements
Our team will personally review your documents during the onboarding call. To make sure the process runs smoothly, please prepare your documents in advance and ensure they meet the following requirements:
- Valid documents
Your ID must be current and not expired. Expired documents cannot be accepted because they are no longer legally recognized for identification. - Original documents
Please present the original physical document (e.g. your passport, ID card, driver’s license, or residence permit). Scans or digital versions on your phone are not accepted since originals are required for verification and compliance purposes. - Complete and undamaged
The document must be in good condition. All text and images must be clearly legible, and no parts (such as corners, stamps, or the photo) should be missing or obscured. - Readable and clear
During the call, make sure your camera provides a clear image of the document. Blurry or dark images can delay the verification process. - In your possession
You must be the rightful owner of the document and have it with you at the time of the call. Copies or documents belonging to someone else will not be accepted. - Reviewed during the call
Our onboarding team will check your document in real time. This is essential to confirm your identity and to approve your onboarding successfully.
