Declaration of consent in conversation recordings, silent monitoring, feedback and coaching
For the purpose of quality assurance and training, Yoummday intends to record and store individual conversations that I conduct in connection with orders placed via the platform www.yoummday.com in the form of sound recordings (measures are summarised below under the term "monitoring"). For this purpose, Yoummday asks for my consent.
- Purposes of the measures
Yoummday intends to use the monitoring exclusively for the purpose of improving training processes and increasing my qualification and the quality of customer contacts. The monitoring will not be used to determine basic data for certifications, single-user measurements, bonus systems or similar purposes. - Types of data / Special categories of personal data
Through monitoring, sound recordings are processed. Among other things, this can provide information about movements, behaviour and communication. - Scope of the monitoring
Permanent monitoring does not take place. Monitoring only takes place on a random basis. The recorded conversations are evaluated exclusively by the responsible trainers, talent team leads and operations managers. - Duration of data retention and deletion
We retain the collected data only for as long as required to achieve the purpose described above. Once that purpose no longer applies, the data will be deleted. - Access and access authorisations and recipients of the data
The recordings are only made available to persons who are bound by professional secrecy, are involved in quality assurance or training and do not pass on confidential information.There is no export of data from the monitoring system to other systems. My personal data will not be passed on to third parties. - Responsible person and data protection officer of the responsible person

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time, without giving reasons, with effect for the future. From the moment my withdrawal is received, the data obtained through the monitoring will no longer be processed to the extent described, unless another legal basis applies to that processing. Unless it is withdrawn, this consent may continue to apply beyond the end of the contractual relationship. Withdrawal may be declared in writing or by email, without reasons.
I confirm that I have read and understood all of the above information and have been given sufficient time to reach my decision. On this basis, I consent in accordance with Article 7 GDPR to the monitoring and to the use of my personal data to the extent set out above, and I agree that Yoummday may process the data collected for the purposes described.
